Unlike many other formwork renovators, we strip your old, worn out formwork down to bare steel before mending, coating and re-plying; resulting in a form that will stay strong many more projects to come. Forms brought to us for renovation will go through the following process:
- Transport to our facility and back to you when renovation is complete.
- Full plywood removal.
- Thorough shot blasting to remove old concrete and paint.
- Straightening and welding of all weak or bent spots on the frame.
- High quality painted finish.
- Re-plying with brand new plywood.

Forming America ships loads throughout the United States and around the world. We deliver small and medium-sized orders to the greater Chicago area on our own trucks.
